After reading this post on Boing Boing I’ve softened my view on Amazon as a company. In many aspects they appear to conuct with great respect for their customers and their rights. It’s just their digital delivery that had some major problems.

This year I sat down and forced myself to learn the basics of HTML and CSS. As an unexpected byproduct of that I now can start to appreciate how neat sites like this are knowing that they contain no Flash.
