So, I'm using Napster again.
And I have to say, it’s strange. Every time I type that url into the address bar I have to stop and think, did I mean netflix? No? Okay…
I pay $5 a month, get 5 mp3s, after 2 weeks, I’ve yet to search for a track that they didn’t have, but the best part is the streaming. Included in the price, I get to listen to every single album they have streaming over my computer. I’m listening to the new M. Ward album for the second time this weekend right now. Yesterday I listened to all the Weird Al tracks that I hadn’t listen to since high school, then I put everything Tom Waits has ever recorded on random.
I’m only a week into it, but my first impression is that, for $5, it’s one of the best values I’ve found online.
I get to listen to anything I want, and it’s legal? Will I ever get used to this?
