I Dont Blame You - covered by me after Cat Power
I haven’t posted any of my music to the blog in a long time. Probably because I make it so rarely. I recorded this about three years ago, at the tail end of one of the worst periods I’ve ever had (hopefully ever will have).
I recorded the basic guitar part right over top of the original Cat Power track in order to get the timing right.
Sadly, the guitar I used to this record this, my first guitar, the one I learned to play on is laying in the corner of the room with a splintered neck. I’ve been playing it less and less over the years and the longer it sits there without me trying to glue it back together the more I worry that its wound might be fatal.
